As a means of community involvement and as a means to generate production of the Transition Center, YLTC offers a variety of well managed, fun, and inexpensive after school activities for school in Houston and the surrounding area.
All proceeds from the after school program go towards the construction of Yancy Life Transition Center, and will aide future transitional services.
Schools may choose the package that best suites the needs of their students and campus.

Yancy Life Transition Center has designed all after school programs as a means to enrich and aide in the development of young minds.
Students in our programs are encouraged to explore their creativity and to become passionate about what they do.
With any package each school will receive a customized brochure of your schools activities for students and parents to view.
We provide lesson plans, coordinate performances and competitions.
We provide a copy of criminal background check for all employees.
Assist in fundraising for supplies associated with 21st Century Program.
Fun Friday’s, Students compete against each other in 3 on 3 basketball, or in flag football.
